2. Scope of Service
Orbilyn is a B2B product for ecommerce teams: compare product data, prices, and stock across sources, detect mismatches, and manage operational exceptions. The Orbilyn app lives at /app with sections Workspace, Sources, and Settings.
3. Account and workspace access
Certain areas require authentication. You are responsible for securing your credentials and all actions under your account. Service administrators may have elevated permissions.
4. Packages and payments
The public catalog includes Free ($0) and Pro ($79 / year USD). Scale may appear as “coming soon” and is not sold until officially launched.
Paid subscriptions are billed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Paddle may issue buyer documents and process payments and eligible refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms may also apply alongside these Terms.

5. User Content and Data
You remain responsible for the data you enter (for example integration settings, import files, and product mappings). You confirm you have rights to input such information. Content may be moderated, edited, or removed at any time. Spam, illegal, infringing, or misleading content is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: interfere with platform security or availability; automate abusive requests, scraping, or spam behavior; submit malware, phishing, or harmful links; infringe intellectual property or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform code, branding, and structure belong to the Service Provider, except third-party trademarks, logos, and user-submitted content.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on platform data.
9. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features and moderation rules. Cancelling a paid subscription does not waive amounts already due for a started billing period, unless the Refund Policy provides otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the Service Provider's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise. Orbilyn is offered primarily as a B2B service.
