Orbilyn

Orbilyn for ecommerce operations

Detect product data mismatches — before customers do

Compare prices, stock, SKUs, and statuses from two systems — without stitching spreadsheets by hand.

Free $0 · Pro $79 / year (USD). Pricing

Workspace preview with demo data: two exports side by side, with price and status mismatches highlighted. Click to enlarge.

How it works

From loading data to a clear result. No heavy setup, and no promise of “magically syncing your whole stack.”

  1. 01

    Load data

Without an account, load the full Demo (PrestaShop / WooCommerce) — you immediately see how Orbilyn compares data and counts exceptions. On Free, replace Demo with your own files (CSV, Excel, XML/IOF). On Pro, add shop API from Sources.

  2. 02

    Compare in Workspace

Both sets land in one table. Filter status mismatches (OFF ↔ ON), OFF/ON views per set, SKU/EAN duplicates, and missing data — each option shows a live count.

  3. 03

    Act on the result

Move to products and exceptions from the loaded import: names, diffs, and offer links in one place — ready for an operational decision, not just a data peek.

Filters that show what Orbilyn does

After loading sets A and B you do not scroll a spreadsheet blind. Pick a view: all rows, status mismatches, OFF/ON status in a given set, SKU or EAN duplicates, or gaps (e.g. missing SKU) — each filter has a count.

  • A ↔ B mismatches — e.g. OFF → ON or ON → OFF between sets
  • OFF / ON status separately for set A and set B
  • SKU and EAN duplicates in each set
  • Missing data — including rows without an SKU

Demo import = understand the product fast

Instead of preparing your own exports first, load the full Demo — including without an account. Real counts and filters appear immediately. Then on Free replace Demo with your files, and on Pro with API data.

What you get in practice

Orbilyn is not a sync hub or a marketing suite. It is a tool for mismatch detection and working through operational exceptions.

  • Faster mismatch detection

Instead of scrolling two exports in Excel, you immediately see where prices, stock, or statuses diverge.

  • A clear exceptions view

Easily separate what exists only in set A, only in set B, or in both but does not match.

  • Work without losing context

Loaded sets stay in the browser, so you can return to the comparison while clearing exceptions — without starting over.

Who Orbilyn is for

Ecommerce operators, merchandisers, and anyone responsible for data consistency across shops, marketplaces, and intermediate systems — when catching a mismatch early matters more than another dashboard.

  • Two data sources, one view

You have two product datasets — from files (CSV, Excel, XML) or pulled via API from different systems — and need them side by side without stitching spreadsheets by hand.

  • Price, stock, and status control

You need differences in prices, stock levels, SKUs, and offer statuses — instead of relying on “it looks fine.”

  • Exceptions instead of noise

You want a clear split: only in A, only in B, or in both but mismatched — so you know what to act on first.

  • Return to work without a restart

You want loaded sets saved in the browser so you can come back to the comparison while clearing exceptions during the day.

Where your data comes from

On Free you work with file exports. On Pro you add API connectors when you need fresher data from a shop or marketplace.

  • CSV
  • Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm)
  • XML (IOF)
  • Set A / set B

Pro plan

API connectors on Pro

The same platforms as “Add channel” in Sources: Allegro, Erli, BaseLinker, IdoSell, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop. Equal adapters — no single-system bias. Pro is for comparing fresher live data, not only files.

Frequently asked questions

In short: what Orbilyn is, what it is not, and how to start.

What is Orbilyn?
Orbilyn helps ecommerce teams compare product data from two sources, detect mismatches in prices, stock, SKUs, and statuses, and work through operational exceptions. It is not a generic sync hub.
Does Orbilyn automatically sync my whole stack?
No. Orbilyn focuses on A/B set comparison and mismatch detection. API connectors (Pro) support data freshness, but we do not promise magically syncing everything.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free ($0) is enough for CSV, Excel, and XML (IOF) files. Pro ($79 / year USD) adds API connectors for shops and marketplaces when you need fresher data.
Where can I load data from?
Without an account — full Demo in Compare only. On Free: your own files (CSV, Excel, XML/IOF). On Pro also via API: IdoSell, Allegro, Erli, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and BaseLinker.
Where do loaded sets stay?
When you are signed in, work stays in the browser so you can return to the comparison while clearing exceptions — without starting over every session.
Why use the Demo import?
Demo (PrestaShop / WooCommerce) fills sets A and B with the full sample dataset — including without an account. Mismatch, status, duplicate, and missing-data filters work immediately. Your own files unlock on Free; API on Pro.
