1. What Orbilyn is
Orbilyn is a B2B tool for organizing ecommerce data and operations. You compare two product sets side by side — from files (CSV, Excel, XML IOF) or via shop API — and see mismatches in prices, stock, SKUs, and offer statuses. It detects data inconsistencies; it is not a generic sync hub, ERP, PIM, or sales console.
The app lives at /app, with sections Workspace, Sources, and Settings.
2. Getting started
Go to orbilyn.com and create a Free account or sign in. Without an account you can load the **full Demo** (PrestaShop / WooCommerce) in Compare — your own files and API stay locked (they go to pricing). Free unlocks work with your own files; Pro adds API sources and integrations.
After sign-in, open the app. File imports stay in this browser — clearing site data removes them. Saved API connectors (secrets excluded from export) are tied to your account.
3. Loading data (files)
In the Workspace, load Set A and Set B. Without an account only the full Demo (PrestaShop / WooCommerce) is available. On Free: your own files — CSV (UTF-8 or Excel export, comma or semicolon delimiter), Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls), and product XML (IOF). For Excel, the sheet with the most rows is used; the header may sit in the first 50 rows.
Useful columns for comparison: SKU, offer ID, name, gross price, stock quantity, and offer status. If headers differ from defaults, map price and stock columns in the mapping dialog.
4. Sources and API import
The Sources section is where you add shop and marketplace connectors: IdoSell, Allegro, Erli, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and BaseLinker — each supported equally for read/import. Enter a domain or token, save the integration, and test the connection. Allegro connects via OAuth (offer read); BaseLinker and Erli use a token; PrestaShop and WooCommerce use a webservice / REST key.
API import is available on Pro. After you save a connector, load offers into Set A or B in Compare. API keys are stored server-side and are not shown again in the UI.
5. Workspace
Compare: one table for Set A and Set B. You see SKU pairing, price and stock differences, ON/OFF statuses, duplicates, and products only in A or only in B. Filters, search, and Excel export help you work through exceptions.
Structure: raw columns of the loaded file or API response — sheets, header row, column filters.
Details: a single-product card (short and long description plus Structure fields) with list navigation.
6. Settings
In Settings you change account, language, marketing consent, package, and comparison tolerances (percent or absolute price difference, ignoring spaces in SKU, status rules).
On Pro, Sources → Workspace data offers workspace backup/restore and a one-off API catalog export (CSV/JSON) from saved connectors.
7. Packages
Free ($0): CSV, Excel, and XML (IOF) file work in the Workspace.
Pro ($79 / year USD): everything in Free plus API sources, integrations, and exports. Payments are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Push to shop systems and Catalog are not part of Pro. Current pricing. Refunds.
8. Practical tips
Compare exports from the same moment (same day / same hour) so you do not confuse mismatches with sync delay.
Align SKUs across systems — that is the main pairing key. If SKU sits in a different column, set mapping or inspect Structure.
Start with “no pair” and price/stock difference filters, then duplicates and missing EANs. Apply corrections in the source system — Orbilyn shows mismatches; it does not replace your ERP or shop admin.
